Use of Baocarbon
Baocarbon helps organizations collect, calculate, and manage sustainability and emissions information. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for using exports, reports, and recommendations with appropriate professional review.
Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate signup information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify Baocarbon if you believe your account has been compromised.
Data and Compliance
You retain responsibility for your organization data. Baocarbon provides tools to support sustainability workflows, but the platform does not provide legal, audit, assurance, tax, or investment advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Baocarbon to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another organization's data.
Changes
Baocarbon may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after notice of changes means you accept the updated terms.
